"Assembly was more difficult than it should have been because of excessive plastic "flashing" that had to be removed with a knife before assembly. In other cases the up-rights slid through the holes in shelves and did not properly support the shelf. The cap pieces fit so loosly they are easily knocked out of position on the top shelf.
Customer service did replace two broken pieces fairly quickly. One broken piece was a "leg" which made the unit unuseable until it arrived. The other was a shelf wich could be added after partial assembly so the unit could be used while waiting for the replacement part. I ordered 5 units and had similiar problems with all 5. I am not sure the units would hold the rated weights. I have not tried to use them for anything very heavy."

"I purchased this product recently and one of the feet was missing. Contacted HDP (they included a flyer with the product that mentioned they shipped missing parts for free) and they sent me replacement part for no charge quickly without any hassle.
The shelf itself is sturdy and holds up very well. Have several of the same product and have no complaints."
