"First off, if you can get to your local HD store, you will find this model for $169.00, cheaper than the online price and with no shipping fees, which could be considerable since this unit weighs 54 LBS.

We also own 2 other LG units and they are great so we bought another. This AC is very quiet. When people say an AC unit is noisy, chances are it was not installed properly.
LG supplies the window kit and all the hardware you need to properly and safely install this air conditioner. Follow the installation instructions carefully and it should be just fine.
Once installed the controls are simple and straigt forward.
Cool/Fan/Dry modes
Energy saver mode
Fan speed
Timer 1-12 hours
You toggle a button on the touch pad control on the unit
that corresponds with the mode you want.
The remote duplicates all functions.
This unit is also a very effective dehumidifier too.
Simple and well made this AC should provide years of service with proper care and maintenance."

"This ladder is handy around the house without having to compromise your safety.
It is very lightweight and strong.
Should last for years under normal household use.
The only drawback is that it's not available in the stores.
The shipping time was fast,though.
And it arrived very well packed,bulletproof packing!"

"These are nice lights. I can honestly say that these work as described. They give a soft glow that act as markers.
They will not light up the night,no solar light will.Please keep that in mind.With a low power battery and 1 LED it's just not possible.
And they are ecological friendly. Aside from the initial manufacture,they consume no other resources to operate.
Even the packing material was all recycled.
I'm happy with these and so will you-try 'em,you'll like 'em!"
