Hello to you and thank you for your question. I'm sorry to hear about your clogged disposer. There could be one or several factors causing this. The Grind Shear Ring inside the disposer or Disposer Discharge tube could be clogged and those are just a couple of possibilities. To better troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved, I will recommend to call our customer service line at 1-800-558-5700 so they can assist step-by-step.

Hello and thank you for your question. It sounds like, from your description, that this is a Badger 5. This can be confirmed by looking at the nameplate spec sticker located toward the base of the unit. The upper left of the sticker will say “Model _________”. (see photo below) Presuming it is a Badger 5, any other Badger unit will feature the same hookup dimensions; the Evolution Compact (which I've included a product link below for your convenience) also uses the same dimensions. Thank you very much and I hope this information is helpful.

Hello and thank you for your question. Each of our disposers feature two impellers. That is most likely what you are feeling in the disposer. The impellers work by pushing food waste to the shredder ring surrounding the interior of the grind chamber by using centrifugal force. To best troubleshoot this issue, I would recommend calling our AnswerLine at 1-800-558-5700.
