Hi Wilianu, this model requires a 240 volt circuit. Recommended breaker is 25 amp and wire size should be 10 awg. Hope this answered your question.

Hello:

Looking online at electric hot water heaters. I need a low-boy model.

In the Specs section, I see two height values listed...Assembled Height (in) and Height (in). What is the difference?
Is a crawl space considered 'indoor'? Are there 'outdoor' water heaters?

Thanks,
Sharyce

Hello Valued Customer,
Thanks for your question. Your questions would be more suited for our water heater experts and installers. They can provide you with the detailed information needed to select the best water heater to fit your needs. The crawl space will not be a factor on an indoor or outdoor unit.
Outdoor water heaters are convenient because they require no venting, but many of us live in climates where the temperatures sometimes reach below freezing. Many water heaters say that they have freeze protection, and in-fact most of them do. The problem comes with the piping, there is no freeze protection installed on exposed pipes that feed an outdoor unit. Thus, if you are in an area where you receive below freezing temperatures, then an outdoor model is generally not for you.
Also the assembled height is the height of the item once assembled. The height and assembled height will vary by a slight measurement. I hope this helps!
