Sta-Kool 770 Ultra White Elastomeric Roof Coating is a tough, highly flexible, rubberized roof coating. This high-performance, 7-year warranted elastomeric roof coating resists cracking and peeling. The coating also provides a highly protective barrier which reflects the sun’s heat and destructive UV rays. This helps to cool roof surfaces and reduce interior temperatures. This product is a coating that is designed to be used on sloped surfaces, and it does allow vapor permeability, so it is not "waterproof". If you wish a truly waterproof seal, use the Eterna-Kote Silicone Roof Coating. This product will form a waterproof seal and will withstand standing water. It is our best flat roof sealer and you will be very happy with the results.

The product you asked about is a roof coating designed to be spread across the entire roof. The best way to build up thickness on a coating is to apply multiple layers. If you are looking for a thick patch, look at our Sta-Kool 440 White Flash, this is a trowel grade product.

Can Sta-Kool Cool Roof Elastomeric Coating be applied over the concrete balcony floor that has minor leaks below on the window of a room?
How long it takes to cure, and does it stay tacky? The temperature at night drops down to low 30s and 40s, does that create problem while curing.

Application instructions are available on package as well as on the Technical Data Sheet which can be found on www.gardner-gibson.com.
