Hi Dave. This is Jill with GE. Thank you for your inquiry. I am happy to help. The JP328WKWW is designed to be used with a 240 volt, 40 amp breaker, or 208 volt 30 amp breaker. In the U.S., all electric range products are designed to operate on 240/208 volts, while gas cooktops require 120 volts, with a 15 or 20 amp breaker. Voltage does vary from country to country and American voltage requirements do not match up. Although this is not the answer you were wishing to hear, I hope this is of help to you. Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
