Hello Jimmy,
I am happy to help. Model JKP90DPBB is the replacement for model JKP62GK, which is a 27 inch model. The cutout dimensions for the new unit are 25 W x 41-1/4 H x 23-5/8 D.
The new replacement model has a cutout width of 25 inches, versus the cutout width of 24 3/4 for model JKP62GK. There will need to be a slight modification in the width of the cabinet where the appliance is installed.

I hope this is helpful. Thank you for checking with us.

Dear Margie - thank you for contacting GE Appliances regarding your combination microwave and wall oven. We are sorry to hear that the microwave button was pressed instead of pressing the timer button. Running a microwave empty can shorten the life of the microwave. To determine the extent of the damage, we recommend having GE Factory Service evaluate your microwave. They can be reached at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance. I hope this helps! This JKP90DPBB and the current model JK3800DHBB are very close to the same dimensions as your JKP62G0K3BC. However, a slight re-sizing to your existing opening width may be required. Please see the comparison of the required cutout dimensions below:

JKP90DPBB/JK3800DHBB - 25" Width min. x 41-1/4" Height max. x 23-1/2" Depth min.
