Yes, they come with tanks. They are empty though. You would have to go to a welding supply place to exchange them.

They do come with tanks but nothing in them.

The KH776 Port-A-Torch kit is designed to work with acetylene and Oxygene cylinders.
The torches and regulator are made by Harris. They are:
Regulator: 601-15-200
Cutting Tip: 6290-0AC
Welding & Brazing Tip: 23A90-3
Cutting Attachment 72-3

This kit is for Oxyacetylene. It comes with an Oxygen tank and an Acetylene tank which are both empty. The torch set and regulators are Harris (molded into the parts). The cutting head is Harris 72-3, the cutting tip is 6290-1AC, the welding head is D-85, welding tip 23A90-3, Model 85 torch handle, the regulators say Harris 601 on them.

Can this torch kit be used in HVAC applications such as Brazing and De-Brazing copper connections. Or does it need extra accessories that dont come with the kit.. if so, which accessories are need,

Yes, that is exactly what I bought it for. The welding tip that comes with it (#3) is fine for most A/C compressor lines, however, you can also buy a smaller #1 tip which barely uses any gas and brazed all of my copper pipes (up to 5/16") just fine.

You can use this Port-A-Torch Kit for HVAC work. It does come with a torch and a cutting attachment, but you do have to purchase the cylinders and gas seperately. The kit is designed to weld, cut and braze.
