Question
Brand New and VERY loud - anyone else experience this?
During the rinse cycle, our brand new machine is VERY loud. When it gets to the spin cycle, the machine begins jumping out of place and is so loud, it can be heard clearly upstairs.

Yes this machine is very noisy and in my opinion not manufactured with towels in mind. It cannot wash my towels.

answer 3
ours is quiet - and never jumps around or anything during the spin cycle....... sounds like it is not balanced properly, or you have a problem and need to get them out to look at it......

I think you may be overloading that puppy! I had the same issue but ONLY when I overfilled the washer with a big comforter but not when I am doing normal-sized loads. Always err on the side of underloading the washer instead of overloading it and I think you will avoid the noisy-ness.

answer 5
Mine is loud too. I just ignore the noise, as it performs well at cleaning clothes. It has only jumped out of place when loaded with very heavy items, not on a regular basis.
This is not a top-of-the-line model. If you buy one that is, it should be quieter.
