Hello little toby and thank you for your question.

The Merola Tile Metro Octagon Matte White with Burgundy will be stunning in your room!
Your room is 9 ft x 5.33 ft = 48 sq ft
The tiles are 11.5 in x 11.5 in = .96 ft x .96 ft = .92 sq ft
48 sq ft / .92 sq ft per tile = 52 tiles*

*You should allow 5-10% overage during installation to account for cutting and future replacement.
52 * 10% = 58 tiles minimum

* If you are creating a diagonal or other pattern, add 15% overage for pattern matching, cutting and future replacement.
52 * 15% = 60 tiles minimum

Each case has 10 pieces which covers 9.2 sq ft. You should purchase a minimum of 6 cases to complete your project. Purchase all the tiles you need now to ensure the same lot for the best visual match.

Best wishes with your project.

60, minimum. 10 rows one way and 6 the other. Allow for cuts, mistakes, and pattern layout, though.
