CALL THE 1800 NUMBER IN THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL, THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR THE CODE ON THE LOCK AND THEY WILL SEND YOU NEW KEYS WITHIN A WEEK TO YOUR HOUSE AT NO CHARGE

How can you remove a drawer from this 5-Drawer Combo with 2 Doors?

I want to temporarily disable the top from locking the upper tool box drawers. I think I need to remove some drawer(s) to do this?

can't remove drawers unless you drill-out pop riverts,and replace same with small screws, and nuts.

It works similar to other sliding drawers. Insert a screwdriver into the drawer slide where a knotch is and the drawer will bypass the catch. The knotch is about one half inch inside the side walls.

I was unable to figure that out but noticed that they have a 1-800 number listed on a label inside the drawer. You might try giving them a call.

You don't need to remove the drawers. If you don't want to lock the top drawers, open the top hatch, open each drawer a bit, close the top hatch, and close the drawers. The drawers are now free opening.

If you want to re-secure the drawers, open the top hatch, push each drawer in as far as it will go, then close the top hatch.

The top hatch links with a flat sliding bar that slides through the drawers when they are fully closed. It's intended to be optional / switchable on the fly. The drawers should still close all the way with the hatch closed, however they just won't lock.
