This washer has been so disappointing. I purchased it so I could take advantage of the large capacity to wash my king size bedding. It balled up the bedding in a tight ball which of course won't allow the laudry to be cleaned properly and it can't spin out appropriately. I have had to babysit it to rebalance it throughout the cycle.
When I tried a regular load it cannot handle a normal load of clothes. It doens't move the clothes around hardly at all and I don't know how it can get anything clean by just having laundry sit in water and then spin the water out.
I had the repair person come out who said it was working properly. If the way this washer works is how it was designed I can't believe anyone would find it useful. I will be returning it to get a different machine!!

No, I do not recommend this product.
