Weighing only 10.4 pounds and delivering 3.25 maximum hp, this tool offers you one of the best power-to-weight ratios in the industry. The 15 amp motor delivers up to 5800 RPM for power in cutting through tough materials, including headers, microlams and wet lumber. The 7-1/4 in. blade offers superior visibility and a wide, clear sight line from either side.
As a professional remodeler, I have use a lot of circ. saws over the years. I love this saw most!
It feels right in the hand. The rear handle is adjustable for the user...more a "choose it once" thing than a "switch back and forth" as it's a bit difficult to chance, but at least its there.
The front grip is the best. It's very close to the body and table giving the user better control.
It has good power. Enough to cut through nails and layers of roofing if needed but not enough to jump back at the user when bound...that's a good thing.
The base is heavy duty and has not bent for me.
The blade height is easy to change and the bevel is also easy and very accurate.
This is a great saw.

As a pro, I can say this saw is the best on the market.
I bought one of these when they first came out (I paid $700 back then) and now I own two and would buy another if needed.
This saw is accurate, of reasonable weight compared to others, easy to use, versatile, and quiet.
I recommend this saw to pros and DIYs alike.

Not for the price!

No, I do not recommend this product.
1.) My biggest disappointment with this radio is that you cannot control the iPod through the radio...you must open the sealed compartment to push play or skip or etc.
2.) This thing is HEAVY.
3.) Radio reception is average for a jobsite radio. Digital tuning may limit fine tuning.
4.) it's not the loudest. It could use about 5 more notches on the volume. I often crank to 10 and think "is that really it?"
5.) For the price, this should come with a remote too.
6.) The digital display is difficult to see in the daylight.
7.) I got this as a gift for Christmas...I would not have bought it otherwise.
