Help get your dishes sparkling clean by using this Americana Built-In Dishwasher. Clean water helps deliver clean dishes, which is why this unit uses filtered water with a self-cleaning filter. A 4-level PowerScrub wash system efficiently scrubs soils from the dishes. The hard food disposer effectively eliminates the food particles that are washed off. A QuietPower motor produces minimal noise, to help you maintain a peaceful atmosphere after the dishes are done.

I just bought 5 of these for my complex, and they are all quite good for the money paid. If installed correctly, and running good hot water, no issues have been reported. I'm beginning to like the Americana brand of appliances more and more. And, also, I have noticed many reviews that say that the dishwasher is loud. Don't really understand that one being as though I have also asked tenants this question, and no complaints. I even went as far as putting one in my managers unit. Nice job GE!!!
Yes, I recommend this product.

Use the BrassCraft Steel Faucet Handle and Compression Sleeve Puller Kit to quickly and easily remove a seized faucet handle from a valve stem or a compression sleeve or nut from a piece of tubing.

I tried in vane to get some handles pulled of of a old tub/shower combo to no avail. I wanted to try the "wood" trick, but did not want to damage the tile or the copper pipe behind the wall as the diverter valvle moved. I went and picked one of these handy things up today with some skepticism. Once back in the apartment that I was turning over, I placed the device on the handles, snugged everything up, and gave a couple of twists, and the handles slid off easily. I'd definitely recommend this product to any DIY or apartment manager/maintenance person.
Yes, I recommend this product.
