The Indoor Remote Control adds remote control capability to any indoor plug-in device. The remote control works with the plug-in up to 50 feet to turn plug-in devices ON and OFF. The plug-in controls 500 Watt incandescent and 300 Watt fluorescent lighting and 1/3 horsepower motors.

I bought this for use in a linen closet. The idea was to solve putting a light in it while not having to bring a light switch down the wall from the attic. I used a 3 ft. fluorescent light (also from HD) that I connected into a hot circuit in the attic. I ran the hot wires (Romex type) into a wall outlet that I installed in a plastic conduit box, mounted right over the fluorescent. This allowed me to connect the groundsfrom the fluorescent and the Romex. I chopped an old 2 wire extension cord and connected it so it came out of the conduit box and connected to the fluorescent light inside the box. The result was I plugged the remote module into the outlet and then the extension cord into the module. The module is situated above wallboard and I have the little portable remote switch sitting on one of the linen shelves. After checking for correct polarity of everything, I tried it. It works very well--no lag. The battery is a small 12V of a type that I haven't used before, it's supposed to last a year. The wife is very happy to have the closet (7ft x 2.5ft with wire shelves) lit up now.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I bought the LG dryer to match the LG washer I had previously purchased (and am quite happy with). The dryer, at this early date--2 weeks, works well. My wife used to wait on the dryer, as the cycle took longer than the washer, but now the dryer finishes up 5 - 10 minutes ahead, which is perfect. This dryer also is slightly shorter than others in the store, allowing us to stack soap and stuff on the top.
Now, if it works as long as my old dryer did, it will be much appreciated.
Yes, I recommend this product.
