We needed a new coffee maker and have had 3 previous Cuisinart coffee makers. This was no surprise. It was great right from the start. As with the previous models, I have no complaints. The only reason I had to replace my other models is that it is used so frequently (several times a day) that it just needs to be replaced. This has been over a 5 to 10 year period. Excellent quality and an excellent product.
The only complaint I have is the way it was shipped. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it arrived in the manufacturers box......spoiling the surprise. The recipient was the one who accepted the delivery.

Upon receiving this set I thought it was much smaller than pictured/advertised. After further review and using it, I found it to be exactly the right size. The round covered casserole was perfect for everyday cooking or reheating leftovers. I recently used the oval dish for a serving tray for snacks. The size is perfect for a family of two. It is multifunctional in that you can use them as cookware and as serving pieces (hot or cold). Also, they heat up food very quickly in the oven. The set is both functional and very attractive. I highly recommend this set.
