Smarthome SecureLinc Wireless Home Security System
Smarthome's SecureLinc Wireless Home Security System is a full-featured, customizable security alarm system that connects in a fraction of the time of hardwired systems and includes everything you'll need to get your home security started. Just plug the main unit in to power and a phone jack, mount the wireless sensors in the zones you want to protect, and you're ready to program the system. The Smarthome SecureLinc Wireless Home Security System supports 28 wireless zones and two hardwired zones with the ability to record up to 100 events in its internal log.Programming the SecureLinc panel is easy, using the large, backlit buttons and the LCD screen. Transmit signals to your Smarthome SecureLinc Wireless Home Security System using a keyfob transmitter. A keyfob transmitter allows you to arm your panel in home or away mode, disarm your panel or transmit an X10 lighting command. When it detects an alarm signal from one of the wireless sensors, the alarm system blasts an 85dB siren that not only alerts your family, but also sends would-be thieves fleeing. In addition, you can program it to call any private phone number (i.e.: a friend or neighbor, your office, your wireless phone, etc.) and play a pre-recorded message in your own voice if connected to your standard telephone (or to a cellular network via the GSM Modem â not included). It also supports 24-hour monitoring by commercial alarm monitoring personnel.

There's an installation/setup video (wmv) file on the manufacturer's website on how to setup the panel and configure the wireless sensors which you need to do before installing them on your doors etc. which makes it much easier to configure. The manual is written like an old VCR guide with flowcharts but poorly organized. The video will make it much easier to understand for most. I was very pleased to find that I can use my old wired motion detectors with this unit as I had only intended on using it to protect a nearby building from break ins. Be sure to have a telephone cable handy before you begin as it will sound out a trouble alert if it doesn't find an active phone line. I have it set to dial my cell phone and alert me if there's a break in. I am very pleased with this system!

I have a need to know when people are approaching my building and this works better than any other I've tried. I also liked the fact that Home Depot had it $20 less than the best on line price I found elsewhere. My problem is there is a tree in the way that I hope to cut down in the next six months, so I found some small bungee cords (local HomeDepot store) that I was able to use to secure the sensor halfway up the tree. (hooks in screw holes) People can't see it or reach it. Will easily be able to remount when I cut the tree. Mount allows it to pivot up or down, left or right, cover not shown keeps rain from building up on it.

With an 8-1/2 in. x 10-1/2 in. cooking surface, this mini-griddle is perfect for singles or couples! Control Master heat control maintains the desired cooking temperature. Heavy cast aluminum cooking surface is coated with a deluxe non-stick finish for even heating and stick-free cooking. Built-in grease tray. Griddle is completely immersible with the heat control detached.

I was tired of eating microwave pancakes when I came across this unit. Pancakes cook perfectly with the temperature preheated to 375 degrees. Set a timer to 42 seconds, spray a flour based cooking oil lightly over the surface, (I know all these types of products are marked nonstick but do it anyway,) pour pancake mix and start the timer. When the timer rings, reset the timer and flip the pancake. Serve at the bell. I've seen bargain units elsewhere but I like this one better. Fits easily in my apartment dishwasher.

I bought this to use with a 42" LCD TV because I was tired of my local cable company's compression of ATSC HDTV over the air transmissions to the point that my TV couldn't display the images without it being clear one minute then scrambled the next.
I'm within 10 miles of 4 TV transmission towers and the only station I could pick up was a single analog transmission, no HDTV transmissions at all. (Might have been my Magnavox HDTV.)
If you buy this thing keep your receipt and the box handy. I had paid $16+ at my local Home Depot store and easily returned it after fighting with it for a month!
I love GE products but they bombed on this one.

It arrived in a plain container intact buts missing the base shown in the picture.
Followed the directions and it started up perfect the first time and has proved to be extremely dependable.
I do recommend copying files and not moving files onto the drive until you've used it for at least a week.
All the other reviews I had found on this product said it either works great or it was dead on delivery.
I strongly recommend holding on to all the packing material for the entire warranty period.

This is a full featured double sided printer that I couldn't live without. I had been using another brand color laser for a couple of years when it just quit.
I needed a replacement quick when I learned I could buy this HP2605 on my Home Depot account and it promptly arrived.
I had been spoiled by my other printer which was rated at 2400dpi. The HP is rated at 600dpi but it looked as good if not better than my old $1200 machine.
Duplexing saves an incredible amount of time.
It also comes with full toner instead of the starter cartridges of other machines.

I ordered the Haier HLP21E as a temporary solution until my very expensive washing machine could be recovered from the back of an over packed 30' storage shed. I had used a Haier tabletop dishwasher for over a year and has been very pleased with it. Both units came with hard to use sink adapters I discarded and used the normal washing machine hookups and drains for both units. Water consumption is a fraction of what it was with the larger machine and I've only had to wash two loads in a row since it arrived.
My electric water heater is on a timer, heats only in the early morning and after I have a shower I wash whites in the morning and colors in the afternoon. The HLP21E is hooked to the hot water connection, my Haier dishwasher to the cold water.(Dishwasher heats its own water.)
This unit is barely large enough for a family of two and won't handle bedding larger than a twin bed's.
When I finally clean out that storage bin I intend to give away my very expensive washing machine and keep my Haier washer.

Most of the cheap waffle irons on the market are hard to clean and generally make a mess of things. This unit is quick to use and if I preheat the unit, cooks a nice waffle in four or five minutes. I use a baking spray that also sprays flour and this really makes it work great. I even found a non dairy waffle recipe that cooks great in this machine.

I was ordering a number of other products from Home Depot and had seen this on TV. It does a great job of pulling hot air out provided the sun can hit the photo electric cell to power it.
This unit is a stopgap only and not good for extended use.
My guess is the car is maybe 10 degrees cooler after ten minutes use, but still keep an eye out as it does make a parked car easier to break in. It saves me a couple of bucks in gas not used for air conditing everytime I use my car.
