Installation is easy (installation video included). Maintenance is simple, just clean the bulb periodically. Lamp life 9000 hours and needs to be replaced annually. I bought this product because a friend had recently installed one in his home.
The installation was quite easy on my furnace. Make sure you investigate your furnace flow before buying one of these. Depending on the furnace configuration, you may not be able to utilize this in the recommended locations.
I've only had it installed for 2 months now, so it's still too early to say that it works remarkably. Good product experience overall.
