This is one of those products whose affects are hard to quantify. However, I will say that the morning after the install my wife (who is always congested in the morning) awoke and could breath normally. She asked what I had done to the air in the house!
The install is easy. Everything you need, from templates, drill bits, to safety goggles are in the box.

There aren't a lot of hot tubs today with bench seats, this one has them and so it easily fits 8 people. This makes it a huge hit with our teenage kids - as they can have lots of friends over.
Things you need to know up front. Jet spacing is perfect. Controls are somewhat simple, but easy to use. Should you decide to replace the control panel it's easily removed and replaced with standard connectors. Ozone is roughed in and easily added. The tub is 220v, and requires a 50A circuit. 50A circuits require #6 wire, which is pretty rigid stuff (and dificult to fish). The tub weighs over 500 pounds, empty and will arrive on a pallet. We carried it from our front yard to the back yard with 4 men. There is little to grab onto when carrying it - we used moving straps under the tub and easily picked it up to move it.
The tub was up to temperature within 8 hours, and we were (and still are) enjoying it immensely.
