Absolutely, the only only way to smoke meat is with this cooker/smoker. It is easy to use, fun, and the meat is so tender and tasty. I am a first time barbequer and its been a joy to use. Used in conjuction with the Virtual Weber Bullet website, you will gain tips on how to expertly use your smoker to produce the best competition quality smoked meats that can be cooked! I love my smoker!
