Although it took months to receive from backorder the item when it arrived it was just what we wanted. We have attached it to our chain link fence for some privacy and once we got the hang of it it moved right along.. using galvanized wire it has survived 4 thunder/wind storms and still stands. Yeah!

does this shed need a building permit?
I'm interested in this shed: Model # 18276-1 Internet # 100626321, and would like to have it installed in our Benicia yard. Benicia regulation says no permit is needed if the shed is less than 120 sq feet of floor space. Would this shed work for us? What is the square footage? How much would it cost to have it installed ASAP--with a window? Thanks!
It is 64 sq. ft. so I don't think you would need one. We did not due to its size and since it is considered moveable.

does this shed come with the roof shingles?
As for the wood Kingston 8x8 ft storage shed model 18276 -1: Someone told me the shingles, and flooring is all separate. Please let me know so I can place an order for the roof shingles and floor kit ... if they are sold separately.
There is a osb flooring which can be covered if desired. The roofing was not included. We used corregated vinyl, which will work well here. However shingles would be much better I'm sure.
