the problem is the tiny pin that turns the machine on and off when its full. This tiny pin is very delicate and broke after trying to empty the water from the machine. I managed to fix it the first time but it continued to happen each time I attempted to pull the drawer out.After a while the machine would not turn off and flooded my floors.
No, I do not recommend this product.
