Washer was not adequately secured at factory so it arrived with several dents from inside out. Needed to purchase new drain hose, supplied hose didn't even reach the counter in handicap apt. Directions are useless-the directions are for a standard washer attachment to laundry water outlets, does not include Y connection to connect to single faucet, and do not install sound baffle on bottom before installing casters, mine was shipped with lock nuts on bottom legs. It is worth the trouble though, washes and rinses very well. Great for single person, even does jeans and several sheets at a time. Does a good job of cleaning too.
