I had an old 40 gal water heater which started leaking.replaced with this one and it works fine.Hot water in about the same time, maybe a little faster than the old one, but the larger tank is a bonus for my household.As far a water heaters go, it is pretty good deal for the money.

I bought one about 3 years back for my new house I had just bought. It was great for the cookouts I had. When I moved out of state, I gave it to a friend who always came over to BBQ because of the grill.He enjoys it immensely. I have yet to find this item in the Omaha, NE area, but I am looking. It is the best charcoal grill I have ever seen or used.
