I am very happy with my purchase and have no buyers remorse. The freezer has adequate storage space and while deep for me (I'm only 5'3') I can still reach the bottom. Currently it is filed with bulk purchases from Bulk Stores and a mail order steak company. Lots of food we couldn't take advantage of with my side-by-side fridge.
My only advise would be MAKE SURE it is freezing properly before you fill it with food. My first freezer seemed to be cooling off appropriately when we left to go shopping. It wasn't till the next day (Saturday) that we discovered it was only getting to refrigerator temp, not freezer temp. As it was a holiday weekend I had to wait for Tues to call for a replacement and lost some of the food. The replacement was delivered the next Saturday and has been working just fine.
I do give high marks to the service center and the delivery people, both were courteous and quick to make sure I was satisfied with everything.
Yes, I recommend this product.
