this smoker work great. especially if you are rookie in smoking meats, this is it. First time I used the smoker, i smoked salmon and it took only one hour. I smoked 4 lbs of bone -in chuck and 4 large split breast in just 4 hours. I used some of the suggestions from above reviews, and i put the coal tray on two bricks. the only thing i would change is the thermometer. Over all it is great smoker, do not go and spend a lot of money on other smokers until you try this one.
Yes, I recommend this product.
