This 3/4 HP automatic submersible sump has everything you need. Superior performance at over 5000 GPH at 10 ft. of lift, energy efficiency at 7.5 amps, a built-in check valve, an adapter for connection to 1-1/4 in. or 1-1/2 in. discharge pipe and a lifetime warranty! This sump is ideal in an active sump and replaces any submersible or pedestal pump. Piggy-back style float allows for manual operation as a utility pump. Fits into a 12.6 in. or larger sump.

I don't know how the unit will hold up over time yet, but it is very easy to install. There are three pictures on the box: put in the pipe, put the unit in the sump hole, and plug it in. That's about it. The pump comes with a handy clamp fitting for hooking the unit up to an existing pipe. I'd suggest replacing the stopcock fitting (that you buy separately) at the same time-it's cheap and if it is old and cracks while you're doing the installation, it will take much longer to get the job done. Also, you don't want to be "done", only to find out the stopcock doesn't keep the reverse-flow from occurring. Don't worry whether you have 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 pipe: the fittings work with either.
Yes, I recommend this product.
