Featuring a black color and a classic profile design, the Weber One-Touch Silver Charcoal Kettle Grill is a great way to accomplish many outdoor cooking tasks. This grill helps deliver long-lasting use thanks to its porcelain-enameled lid and bowl, aluminized steel cleaning system and rust-resistant aluminum legs. 397 sq. in. Cooking surface offers space for cooking many of your favorite foods.

My Dad bought a Weber grill for our cabin getaway when they first came out, sometime in the early 1970s. The new one still cooks great, but the new One-Touch Silver has three important differences than our original.
The first is the One-Touch ash "sweeper". A much easier deal than trying to coax ashes out through the vent holes like the old one.
The second is the weight. When I picked up the new One-Touch I noticed it was definitely lighter than the old kettle. If you store it away and have to wrestle it out, the lighter weight is a big plus. The downside is of course, it doesn't feel as durable.
The third difference of note is this kettle has only ONE handle. That's OK if you only wheel it around, but if you need to pick it up, you'll have to lift from underneath, with nowhere to grab but the legs...a little unhandy. Nice it's lighter ;-).
