We had the same problem. Worked for 3 years and then it fell apart. At this price point that's really poor performance.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Oh my Gosh, these (we got both the washer and dryer) are the most amazing appliances we've ever owned! Don't listen to any negatives, as I have nothing but praise for this washer/dryer. And that's after 30 days. A word of advice: purchase the optional pedestals. They're worth the money.
