I purchased the Weber E-210 a year ago for another home and received my E-310 a few days ago, which is replacing an old Coleman gas grill. Assembly is easy (as noted by others-- don't put in the screws on the back side until you get to the back panel step--not a big issue if you do and you can take them out in seconds) and fired it up and grilled some steaks and it works just as well as my E-210 series. Everyone I know who has a Weber has never complained about the quality and job it does grilling. The $299.00 price tag is a excellant price!!
