Chair is a little confusing to set up the first time, getting the top lined up and adjusted took a little figuring out, but once I stopped overthinking it, it was fairly easy to figure out. It's a little bulky and heavy, but seems to be made very well. Looking forward to giving it a thorough workout during the summer baseball season, and enjoying the shade it will provide.
          Pros: Sturdy, Nice Design
          Cons: Too Heavy

The Leviton Decora wall switch occupancy sensor is the ideal energy-saving choice to provide automatic (auto on/off and manual on/auto off) lighting control in a variety of commercial and residential applications, including offices, conference rooms, multimedia rooms, child-care centers, and more. The ODS10 is the perfect solution for controlling a wide variety of load types. It features a low-profile digital design and vandal-resistant PIR lens. It does not require a neutral connection, and it installs in place of a single-pole wall switch to fit in a standard wall box.

Simple install!! Connect 3 wires and you are in business. I installed this in my garage since we seem to ALWAYS forget to turn those lights off. I have CFL lights in the garage and this works fine with those. Tested it out and it is instant light as soon as motion is detected.
Pros: Easy to Use, Motion-Activated, Eco-Friendly, Clear Instructions, Nice Design, Easy Installation

Being comfortable and cool just got easier. The SimpleConnect Programmable Control with Bluetooth technology from Hunter is the next big thing in home automation. Let’s face it, there’s a smartphone app for everything so why shouldn’t you have 1 for your ceiling fan. Now you can with Hunter’s SimpleConnect Programmable Control with Bluetooth. The SimpleConnect comes with a Bluetooth compatible receiver, Bluetooth plug-in wall controller, and a simple on/off handheld remote control. Set up is fast in easy with only 3 steps; Install the receiver, plug in the SimpleConnect Bluetooth controller into a wall outlet, and download the app (Available for Apple and Android). The SimpleConnect app allows you to schedule your fan to fit your lifestyle. Set your fan to turn on when you’re home and off when you aren’t. The lights on your fan are also able to be programmed to turn on and off when you want them to and there is even a security feature that will randomly turn the ceiling fan lights on and off between 6 AM and 10 PM to make it appear that someone is home while you are not. For those who prefer to fall asleep with the fan on there is also a sleep timer feature that turns the fan off so you can go to sleep with the fan on for a cool breeze and wake up with the fan off so you're not chilled. SimpleConnect is also expandable so with the addition of optional receivers you can control multiple fans with 1 Bluetooth wall control.

Installed this in the fan I have in my gazebo, and no longer have to have the cords for light and fan hanging down. I love the ability to turn it on/off at any given time from inside my house, and being able to dim the lights without a dimmer control is great for evening entertaining. Install is pretty straight forward if you have a little wiring knowledge, and getting the app to work and sync was very easy. Seriously considering a few more of these for fans inside the house

The New and Improved Arctic Cove 18V Bucket Top Misting Fan has all the same great features of the previous model, but now includes a new Hi/Lo switch for adjustable fan and misting control, and quiet pump performance. It’s completely portable through the use of an 18V lithium-ion battery, so it allows you to cool down in any location. The dual-purpose foot design is for sitting on 5-gallon buckets or on a flat surface using garden hose adapter. We set this up to try out at home before taking it to the ballpark for the kids. It hasn't been very warm yet, but wanted to make sure it would work for an entire game. It works just fine on low pump and high fan, misting quite a large area. Can't wait for the hot days at baseball now, just to see how big of a difference this will make for us. Highly recommend this for anyone with kids in any outdoor sport. Just be prepared to haul water. I also recommend getting an extra battery - Ryobi One+ 18V batteries are fully compatible.
Pros: Functionality, Great Quality, easy to set up, Easy to Use, long battery life

Got this to use for cleaning the hard to reach things - ceiling fans, etc. and for vacuuming out the cars. The attachments it comes with are great, and there is one for just about everything. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it's HEAVY. It does a good job of cleaning, but the weight of it makes working overhead not very comfortable.
Pros: Cleans Edges/Corners Well, Easy to Use, Easy to Empty Filter, Lots of Features
          Cons: Size & Weight, Heavy
