The MOEN SecureMount 24 in. x 1-1/4 in. Concealed-Screw Grab Bar provides additional safety and security in the bath. It fits perfectly in the tub area or by the toilet. The polished stainless steel finish is rust resistant and gives the look of chrome to match bathroom decor.

This is not a criticism of this particular product, just a general comment on all of them. The manual says they should be attached to wall studs. But wall studs are typically spaced 16"apart. The mounting holes on these bars are not 16"apart so it becomes impossible to mount both ends to studs unless you mount them on some strange angle, or mount them vertically. Otherwise you must attach one end to drywall. Why couldn't they be made like stair railings. Stair rails have mounting brackets that attach to studs where ever they are. Then the rail is attached to the brackets at any point along the rail. That's a very strong arrangement. It's much stronger than attaching to drywall.
Cons: Difficult to Install

I don't know if this product removes silicone or not. But I do know it attacks acrylic. Fortunately I tested it on a scrap of the acrylic material our tub and shower walls are made of. In 10 minutes it etched the surface leaving a rough patch where it was previously very smooth. If you have an acrylic bath or shower liner try out this product on a scrap piece first!!
Cons: attacks acrylic
No, I do not recommend this product.
