Available only online now, I didn't believe the 185 lb. shipping weight. Believe it. Minus shipping materials, it must easily weigh 165-170 lbs.
It went together easily enough. But, a well stocked tool box will help, especially if you run into any stripped nuts, as I did. A large, phillips head screwdriver will be an immense help. If you use the puny included screwdriver it will take forever to assemble the grill.
The ignitor is probably the weakest link. Totally unusable in the slightest breeze, and iffy under other circumstances. But once lit, overall the grill does a good job. I'm still learning its quirks but it does its main job, cooking meat, very well.
Yes, I recommend this product.
