I purchased this thermostat over a year ago. It was easy to install and easy to operate. It came with the advertisement that it functioned with all smart phones and it did work with my Blackberry. A few months ago, a change was made to the software. After this change it no longer functioned with my Blackberry. This is the major reason I rated it only 3 stars. I need remote control from my Blackberry and they can't/won't reinstate this feature. I am greatly disappointed as a result. If you need a Blackberry interface, I don't recommend this product. Otherwise it is great!
