used these panels to accent a faux fireplace. very beautiful. looks like real metal. very lightweight and was easy to trim. used two sided tape to adhere to the backboard. was a little pricey but the end result was worth it!

i was satsfied with the log - looked pretty true-to-life. the downside was it had a horrible smell when it was on, apparently from the light bulb heating up the plastic film (which gives it the crackling effect). i was hoping the smell would wear off but it didn't. ended up returning. the return was no hassle. wished it would have worked out. :-(
No, I do not recommend this product.
