I've had a built in microwave/convection oven since 1986 and have used it extensively over the years. I truly loved it - especially during the holidays when my ovens were being used for other food items. The combination micro/convection does a fantastic job on cooking meats (roasts, turkey breasts, pork tenderloin, etc), browning on the outside but keeping the inside juicy and moist. I also used it for cooking other items with great success. When the convection portion in my older unit went out I started looking for one that would fit in my brick surround wall and found the Sharp Carousel was the only one with all the features I wanted, and the size that would fit my wall opening. With a few adjustments it fits perfectly and so far works great. Since I just purchased it and have been using it for a short time I will only give it a 4 star review. But as time goes on and it continues to work like my old micro/convection did, I would not hesitate recommending it to a friend and will definitely give it a 5 star review.
