I did quite a bit of research before buying a new dishwasher, but I totally missed the mark on this one! First of all, I have found it to be fairly noisy although it claims to be a quiet model. I decided to spend a bit more on an Energy Star dishwasher, but because of the way the racks are made, I am having to do twice the loads that I was before-- which defeats the purpose. Also, the basket's holes are just big enough to where my toddler's straws fall right through. I wouldn't recommend this model to ANYONE! Last piece of advice-- go to the store and look at the models before you make a decision. Our local store had almost none to choose from, so we ordered online-- BIG MISTAKE!
