Lightweight, quiet, great features, nice handling.
I have only used this on a couple of occasions so far, but I really couldn't be happier. The notched presets and gauge on the angle and depth adjustments are very handy. The light makes it easy to cut a line in low light.
The features and design were really well thought out. It feels great in the hand. It comes with a blade, and there's even an integrated allen wrench to install it.
It does draw down the battery pretty quickly, but I have two packs that came with my drill/impact set, so I can switch them out, and they recharge quickly.
With its light weight and plastic bits, it's probably not a professional-grade work saw, but it's perfect for a weekend warrior like me.
Pros: Easy to Use, Accurate, Good Size & Weight, Light Weight

Battery specified in literature has AC at beginning of #'s will a R -840083 and R840085 work?
I use a R840085 battery pack with my saw.

is this saw compatible w/ LI-Ion battery R840085?
Yes it is, that's what I use with it.
